I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and had experience working as an Executive Assistant. It is my task to assist clients via email and phone calls. I help with the day-to-day tasks and monitor incoming and outgoing orders. I am also tasked to encode sales to the system using Microsoft excel, plot schedules using Trello, and submit a daily report. I also have experience in the ESL industry. I teach foreign students to learn basic English to communicate confidently. I am a well-rounded person who is passionate about the field I am working in. I am creative, patient, and good at time management. As I indulge myself in freelancing. I decided to do trainings and an internship to learn and develop my skills. I learned to adapt to the new innovation of the digital world. I al looking forward to working and growing with you  on my journey as a Virtual Assistant.
